This packet defines how people steward space, programs, and power within the Sangha. Each relationship to Wave & See has its own agreement, grounded in mutual respect, transparency, and service to the community.

Board Steward Agreement
For all Board Members of Wave & See Creative Sanctuary
V1.0

1. Role. Board Stewards are entrusted with the governance, legal standing, financial integrity, and mission protection of Wave & See. They serve the Sangha, not personal programs, financial interests, or social influence.

2. Fiduciary & Ethical Duty. Board Stewards agree to act in the best interest of the nonprofit, protect community safety, protect the mission and values, and maintain legal and financial responsibility.

3. Separation of Roles. Board Stewards must keep clear separation between board authority, personal studios, personal programs, and financial contributions. No Board Steward may use their role to gain preferential access, control, or benefit.

4. Conflicts of Interest. Board Stewards must disclose any personal, financial, or relational conflicts and recuse themselves from related decisions.

5. Confidentiality. Board Stewards may have access to sensitive information and agree to use it only for governance purposes and not disclose it improperly.

6. Mediation & Conduct. Board Stewards agree to participate in mediation, follow the Sangha Charter & Code of Conduct, and model integrity, restraint, and respect.

7. Removal or Resignation. A Board Steward may resign at any time in writing, or be removed by a two-thirds (⅔) vote of the Board for cause.

Studio Steward Agreement
For artists and practitioners with assigned studio space

1. Purpose. The Studio Steward is granted use of an assigned studio or workspace within the Wave & See Sangha House for creative, spiritual, or professional practice aligned with the mission.

2. Nature of the Space. The building and all shared areas are held in trust for the Sangha. This agreement grants use, not ownership. Common areas remain open and shared by the community.

3. Rights. The Studio Steward may use their assigned studio, access shared facilities (bathrooms, kitchen, hallways, common areas), and participate in community activities and programs.

4. Financial Contribution. The Studio Steward agrees to pay the agreed monthly contribution on time, in accordance with the Sangha Lease Agreement or contribution schedule provided. Financial contribution does not grant control over governance, programming, or community decisions.

5. Responsibilities. The Studio Steward agrees to keep their studio clean, safe, and respectful; care for shared spaces; participate in basic mutual upkeep (plants, doors, cleanliness, etc.); and not sublease, lend, or transfer their space without written approval.

Sacred & Creative Items. The Studio Steward agrees not to move, alter, remove, or handle any sacred items, altars, ritual objects, or artwork in shared or private spaces without the express consent of the person or group who placed them. This includes (but is not limited to): altars, offerings, candles, ritual tools, and artwork on walls. Communication and permission are required before interacting with any items that may hold personal, cultural, or spiritual meaning.

6. Conduct. The Studio Steward agrees to abide by the Sangha Charter & Code of Conduct and all safety, consent, and substance guidelines.

7. Termination. Either party may end this agreement with 30 days' written notice. Wave & See may immediately suspend access if community safety or integrity is compromised.

8. Good-Faith Protection. Studio Stewards who have contributed financially, materially, or through labor toward shared improvements are protected under the Contribution, Equity & Good-Faith Protection Agreement. No steward will be displaced without fair and respectful resolution.

Partner / Facilitator Agreement
For anyone hosting classes, ceremonies, workshops, events, or programs

1. Relationship. The Partner / Facilitator is an independent provider offering classes, ceremonies, workshops, events, or programs at Wave & See unless explicitly designated as an official Wave & See program in writing.

2. Program Description. The Partner shall provide a clear written description of the nature of the program, activities involved, and any physical, emotional, or spiritual components. This description must be made available to participants.

3. Use of Space. Dates, rooms, and times are scheduled in advance and must not interfere with other Sangha activities or community use.

4. Financial Terms. The financial model for each program (rental, revenue share, or donation-based) shall be defined in writing prior to the event.

5. Safety & Ethics. The Partner agrees to obtain informed consent from all participants, maintain emotional and physical safety, use clear boundaries, follow the Sangha Charter & Code of Conduct, and adhere to Wave & See's Clear & Intentional Presence standards regarding all substances, herbs, food, or medicines. No Partner may facilitate while impaired or allow unsafe or coercive behavior.

6. Responsibility for Participants. The Partner is responsible for registration and communication, program content, and refunds (unless otherwise specified).

7. Representation. The Partner may not represent themselves as Wave & See, a staff member, or a spiritual authority of the Sangha unless explicitly authorized in writing.

8. Insurance & Liability. If required by Wave & See, the Partner agrees to provide proof of appropriate insurance.

9. Termination. Wave & See may suspend or terminate this agreement if safety, legality, or Sangha integrity is compromised.

Vendor / Collaborator Agreement
For pop-ups, food trucks, exhibitions, markets, festivals, and collaborative activations

1. Use of Space. The Vendor / Collaborator agrees to use only the space, dates, and times approved by Wave & See and to respect other Sangha activities and shared spaces.

2. Offerings. The Vendor / Collaborator will provide a clear description of what they are offering (food, goods, services, art, or experiences).

3. Financial Terms. All financial terms (fees, revenue share, donations, or sales arrangements) must be agreed upon in writing prior to the event.

4. Safety & Conduct. The Vendor / Collaborator agrees to follow the Sangha Charter & Code of Conduct, maintain respectful, non-coercive, and safe behavior, not sell or distribute illegal or unsafe items, and respect the Clear & Intentional Presence standards of the space.

5. Responsibility. The Vendor / Collaborator is responsible for their own equipment, food and product safety, licenses and permits (if applicable), and cleanup of their area.

6. Insurance & Liability. If required, the Vendor / Collaborator agrees to provide proof of appropriate insurance.

7. Termination. Wave & See may suspend or terminate participation if safety, legality, or Sangha integrity is compromised.

Member Agreement
For all Wave & See community members
V1.0

1. Membership. Membership in Wave & See grants access to community events, exhibitions, gatherings, and programs as defined by the current membership offerings. Membership does not grant ownership, governance power, or control over the Sangha.

2. Community Standards. Members agree to follow the Sangha Charter & Code of Conduct, practice respect, consent, and non-harm, and care for shared space and community.

3. Participation. Members may attend programs and events, join working groups or committees, and offer ideas, feedback, and proposals. Membership participation is a privilege grounded in mutual respect.

4. Safety & Conduct. Wave & See may restrict or end membership if behavior compromises safety, consent, community well-being, or Sangha integrity.

5. Financial Terms. Membership fees or contributions, if any, are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
