Financial Transparency
As a 501(c)(3) public charity, Wave & See Creative Sanctuary is committed to financial transparency and accountability. Per Article VII of the Bylaws, the fiscal year is the calendar year and an annual budget shall be approved by the Board.

Board Resolution — Bank Account
The Board of Directors authorized the opening and maintenance of a business checking account in the name of Wave and See Creative Sanctuary, Inc. Anthony Krol, Founder and Board Member, is authorized to sign checks, make deposits and withdrawals, endorse checks and drafts, sign bank documents and agreements, and perform all acts necessary to manage said account.
Additional Board Members and Officers may be added as authorized signers at a later date. This resolution was certified by Meghan Leigh Hornstrom, Secretary.

Form 990 is the annual information return filed with the IRS by tax-exempt organizations. As a public charity, our Form 990 is a public document.

How We're Funded
Wave & See Creative Sanctuary is supported through earned revenue from yoga classes and events, community membership contributions, grants, individual donations, and partnership programs with local businesses. We operate with a "pay what you'd like" model for drop-in classes, ensuring accessibility for all community members.
All organizational funds are used to support the mission and operations of the Corporation. Per the Equity & Good-Faith Protections, financial or material contribution does not grant control over governance, programming, community space, or the Sangha.
