Board Meetings
Per Article III of the Bylaws, the Board meets at least monthly. Regular meetings are held to oversee operations, review finances, and ensure Wave & See is fulfilling its mission. Special meetings may be called by the President or any two Directors.
Note: The board is currently in the ratification process. The first official meeting will be scheduled once all Board Stewards have accepted their positions.

Meeting Rules
A majority of the Board constitutes a quorum. Each Director has one vote. A majority vote of those present is required to pass resolutions. Special meetings may be called by the President or any two Directors.
