Governance Overview

Wave & See Creative Sanctuary is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida. We operate a restored 1920s building in Tampa Heights as a yoga studio, art gallery, and community event space — a sanctuary where art, wellness, and cultural programming bring people into presence, connection, and service.

Our Purpose: To foster visionary and urban contemporary art, grassroots outdoor art movements, and community wellness through satsang, sadhana, creative placemaking, artist support, and accessible programming.
